I got a handle bar in the leg while crashing on my bike...this is 8 days after the crash...still really bruised!
Grant, Madison and Evan all raced in the 24hours of adrenalin race this weekend
Madison was very focussed on the start line!
Grant and I out for dinner celebrating my birthday.
